After completing Yellow Belt training, rise to the next level of skills, capabilities, and project management for Six Sigma projects with the Green Belt course. (Maximum of 20 participants. Training can occur on consecutive days or spread out over multiple weeks.)

After Green Belt training and the completion of at least 1 Green Belt project, continue to the Black Belt level where you learn more advanced tools and techniques, along with how to manage larger Six Sigma projects and mentor Green Belts. (Maximum of 15 participants. Training can occur on consecutive days or spread out over multiple weeks.)

Now you have Yellow Belts (YB), Green Belts (GB), and possibly even some Black Belts (BB) to help drive operational improvements in your organization. BBs and GBs run the large and small Six Sigma projects. However, they need guidance on their first few projects by a Master Black Belt (MBB). We can provide this mentoring to accommodate your improvement initiatives.

Lean and Six Sigma work together to achieve the best results for organizations. Learn basic Lean concepts and how to apply them to any process in this Basic course. (Maximum of 25 participants. Training can occur on consecutive days or spread out over multiple weeks.)

After taking the Lean Process Basic training, increase your expertise with the Advanced course where you learn more complicated and effective methods for improving your process flow. (Maximum of 25 participants. Training can occur on consecutive days or spread out over multiple weeks.)

Just starting to think about making some process improvements? Or, are you a small city that would like to improve operations and services but don't have a big city budget? Take this overview course to give all levels of your staff some basic tools and techniques to start making necessary changes. (Maximum of 30 participants.)

Learn the basics about project management (PM), including both traditional approaches and agile approaches. Hands-on activities ensure participants put theory to practice. A free copy of pmBLOX project planning software is included for each participant. (Maximum of 25 participants. Training can occur on consecutive days or spread out over multiple weeks.)

Gain familiarity with PMI's PMBOK (6th/7th eds) in this hands-on course. This is good course to take prior to taking the PMI PMP Prep course to establish a basic understanding of the PMI project management framework. (Maximum of 25 participants. Training can occur on consecutive days or spread out over multiple weeks.)

Learn what it takes to pass the PMI PMP certification exam and earn the credential of PMP. Practice activities, questions, and exams are provided to increase retention. NOTE: The cost of the PMP exam is NOT included. Participants must schedule and pay for their own PMP certification exam. (Maximum of 25 participants. Training can occur on consecutive days or spread out over multiple weeks.)
